I started On Balance Property because I kept seeing young people lose hope in the property market. They were doing everything right: saving hard, researching, turning up to inspections, yet still missing out. Months would pass, prices would jump, and thousands of dollars wasted on reports for properties they never secured. The stress is real, and so is the fear of making one wrong decision that sets you back years.

I’m here to change that.

Before becoming a buyer’s agent, I worked across medical tech, private credit and large-scale property and infrastructure development, helping deliver more than $2 billion in capital projects. That experience taught me exactly what makes an investment truly stack up: solid financials, data-driven analysis and calm, strategic negotiation.

  • Yes – it’s a big part of what I do. Because I only work with a small number of clients and maintain strong relationships with selling agents, I often get access to off-market and pre-market opportunities. It means less competition, fewer bidding wars and a smoother path to the right buy.

  • If you’re buying in Sydney and want to attend inspections, you’re more than welcome, but not required. I handle inspections, assessments and due diligence for you.
